The design for these Spatulas originally resulted as a way to efficiently use offcuts from a deck addition to our home. This design has been tested in my own kitchen for over fifteen years.
With a turned handle that fits the hand beautifully they are perfect for cooking in the pot, frying pan or wok. The bevelled leading edge makes them perfect to stir, scrape and flip.
